Shannon, the assistant manager, made my U-haul rental super fast and painless! She was very friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. My experience was tailored by Shannon. She catered to my storage needs. I was helping my elderly grandmother move some of her unnecessary but "wanted" items into storage. She also rented a U-Haul for the items. Shannon made sure that all questions were answered and that we understood before the transaction was completed. I will definitely be doing more business and recommending this location for anyone on the west side of Fayetteville.

Absolutely wonderful customer service! I called to reserve a storage unit (my first time) and was taken through a very easy process. When I arrived at the location, I was immediately greeted and taken care of. The women there are fantastic, they went over all of the details, answered all of my questions, were very patient with me when I had difficulties with my debit cards and they were so down to earth. They are some of the most professional customer service representatives that I have ever encountered. 10/10 would recommend going here for all storage needs!

First time ever moving into a house. Was completely lost in the sauce. Stopped by on a Friday afternoon and spoke with Shannon. She is the bomb. They didn’t have any trucks available but she worked some things out and got me a cargo van and I was able to get all my stuff moved and couldn’t be happier with this location. 10/10 highly recommend.

Chrissi and Shannon are amazing. Upon renting a 10x10 unit as I began putting my belongings in there I realized that it was going to be to small. Rushing back to the office I spoke to Shannon and she immediately checked and found me a 10x20 unit which was exactly what I needed. Then on today, 7/19/21, when I went to put items in my unit I saw a dead snake that was torn in half in front of my unit!! Now anyone that knows me know that I am gravely afraid of them. I began having an anxiety attack as I drove back the office, barely able to explain the problem Shannon was able to figure out what I was saying. Although she and Chrissi both are afraid as well she went to double check. When she confirmed it, Chrissi immediately went and removed it. I am so thankful for the wonderful beautiful ladies!! Storage King on Reilly Road is where I will continue to go for my moving needs in the future!

We have had a unit here for over a year. This has been hands down the best experience we have had with a storage unit. The employees, especially the ladies who work in the office, are always so quick to help. Very nice and professional. As far as the unit goes, everything has always been well maintained. Our door got stuck once, less than 5 minutes later someone came to help. Area is always kept clean.
